Ordered a photo book from Rosemood.co.uk. Nowhere on their website or during the ordering process do they make clear that the printing occurs in FRANCE. When designing the book you cannot zoom in enough to see what you are writing on the spine. I ended up with a couple of typos which you would expect to be picked up at some point, but it was not. Fortunately this Christmas present was ordered in good time and I was able to contact Rosemood who swiftly responded and agreed to re-print it for free. It was at this point I was told the product was coming from France, hence why it takes 10 days. Received it just in time the other day after an anxious wait. Some pictures are also cropped differently to how I saved them, which again any diligent printing service would spot. Overall, the website has the right look, but I do not feel the product is good value/quality and certainly not worth the wait and the anxiety!
