I found that pages are printed with a very low definition and the photos looks grainy. On the spine of the book, where you can type a title, the characters are so small you can barely read them. For the product I received, the cost is definitively too high. Not very happy..
No delivery information provided… discovered they operate from Germany and ship from France, resulting in a two-week wait for my order. They claim to be UK-based, which is misleading. This was a gift that arrived late, leading to a loss of £50. No apologies offered. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered a beautiful cobalt blue fabric square photo book and it turned out stunning. The photo quality is top-notch and it’s truly worth the investment. I highly recommend this service if you seek quality. The site experienced some downtime while creating the book, but the customer support team was very helpful and resolved the issue fairly quickly. Just keep in mind that delivery to the UK takes about 6-9 days post-shipping, plus a few days for printing and handling, totaling around 11 working days for me. Worth the wait, just plan accordingly!
I received a book that was disappointing. Every photo had a line through it, the paper quality was poor, and it felt like there was no quality control. Given the price, this is unacceptable. I’ve contacted the company for a refund, but honestly, this product should not have been sent out at all. Very disappointing experience - I cannot recommend.
Awful customer support. I requested a small change within 30 minutes of placing my order, as they indicated changes could be made during that time. They refused to accommodate my request and instead offered me 30% off a full reprint. They clearly did not honor their own terms and are just trying to profit further. Do not use.

The company denies any responsibility and insists that everything is clearly stated on their website, which feels more like gaslighting than support. You can’t track your order until it reaches a UK carrier, and customer support is unhelpful. The editor doesn't accept basic symbols like the £ sign, forcing unnecessary complications. Despite following the guidelines, my order was returned with mistakes. It’s been over two weeks since I submitted the book, and I’ve received no updates. Honestly, I’d avoid this service entirely!
