Giovanni called ahead of his arrival, which was fantastic, allowing us to be fully prepared. He executed an excellent repair on the wheelchair and also cleared debris from the other bearings that were causing noise. This wasn't the reason for our call, but my daughter is thrilled with her revitalized wheelchair, just in time for Christmas.
