possibly the most disappointing service I've encountered. They should really reconsider their approach. As someone who relies on a wheelchair due to being a paraplegic, my chair has been broken for four months and is completely unusable. I've spent this time in bed, only getting up to eat or use the bathroom. All I hear from them is that they haven't received the part. It's just a £130 handle that fits several chairs—how can it take four to five months to get a replacement? More importantly, why wasn't this £130 part in stock to begin with?
The representative called in advance of his arrival, which was very helpful, allowing us to be prepared. He performed an outstanding repair on the wheelchair and also cleared out debris from the other bearings that were causing noise, which was an unexpected bonus. My daughter is thrilled with her revitalized wheelchair, especially just in time for the holidays!

The team was outstanding, truly performing a Christmas miracle when my daughter’s power chair broke down right after she was dropped off, without a manual chair from school. Given it was December 22nd, the chances seemed slim with parts out of stock and the job being complex (6 hours for one engineer alone). The manager at the location was like a turbocharged Santa—sourcing the right parts, arranging for my daughter’s power chair to be picked up, and then sending it to a team of three engineers led by Giovanni to replace two broken motors on a tricky model, returning it to us the same evening, two working days before Christmas. I can't express my gratitude enough… she would have been largely confined to her bed over Christmas without your help. Thank you so much, Giovanni and the entire team! Just got the empulse 90 for my son's wheelchair. It's fantastic—easy to attach and detach, with plenty of assisted power. A great piece of equipment that performs its job effortlessly. I’ll provide a review in six months after we’ve really tested it. Special thanks to the technician for doing an excellent job setting it up, and to the rest of the team for their continued support. Thank you!
The office and engineers always assist my mom. I called in the morning and spoke to a representative who was fantastic and very understanding. I mentioned her name to my mom, who agreed and said she often goes above and beyond. The representative managed to arrange for an engineer to see my mom within a couple of hours. The technician attended and fixed the wheelchair effortlessly, praising the representative as well!
