The team was outstanding, truly performing a Christmas miracle when my daughter’s power chair broke down right after she was dropped off, without a manual chair from school. Given it was December 22nd, the chances seemed slim with parts out of stock and the job being complex (6 hours for one engineer alone). The manager at the location was like a turbocharged Santa—sourcing the right parts, arranging for my daughter’s power chair to be picked up, and then sending it to a team of three engineers led by Giovanni to replace two broken motors on a tricky model, returning it to us the same evening, two working days before Christmas. I can't express my gratitude enough… she would have been largely confined to her bed over Christmas without your help. Thank you so much, Giovanni and the entire team!
