possibly the most disappointing service I've encountered. They should really reconsider their approach. As someone who relies on a wheelchair due to being a paraplegic, my chair has been broken for four months and is completely unusable. I've spent this time in bed, only getting up to eat or use the bathroom. All I hear from them is that they haven't received the part. It's just a £130 handle that fits several chairs—how can it take four to five months to get a replacement? More importantly, why wasn't this £130 part in stock to begin with?
