Was very happy with the attitude and thoughtfulness of firstly Susanne Marples who took my complaint and send a Sam Dawson to fetch new wheelchair and he was so friendly and helpful towards me,and changed the legs on the chair to fit me. He also told me how to clean it. Lovely gentleman nothing was to much trouble for him
