Updated*** it looks like I was a little early in completing my review of this organisation. The initial service I received by Jo Biggins I can’t fault, however once my case was passed over to accountants I have had nothing but stress. My mortgage completed on 22nd January however I have had to chase my funds which took a week to hit my account and then to find out 2 weeks later that the mortgage still hasn’t been paid off after a payment came out of my account and then speaking to the bank who advised that another redemption statement has been requested I find incredibly unprofessional! I wanted to come on to say that I couldn’t have been happier with my recent experience with Ross Coates, especially Jo Biggins and the team who has been fantastic and has kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t of asked for a better service and would highly recommend 👌🏼
