TERRIBLE - The marketing and claims about refunds and exchanges are completely FALSE! You must return or exchange the entire order AND pay for shipping to another country (almost $80). My return was shipped on 10/15 and is still "being processed" overseas... I doubt I will ever get anything back! BUYER BEWARE.
