MISLEADING - The marketing and promises regarding refunds and exchanges are entirely deceptive! You must return or exchange the entire order, and you're responsible for shipping costs to another country (nearly $80). My return was sent on 10/15 and is still "being processed" overseas... I have little hope of receiving anything back! BUYER BEWARE.
The item was advertised as made from a wool blend, but it turned out to be cheap synthetic material. The only aspect that resembles the advertisement is the color. The buttons, collar, and waistband are quite different, and the material is disappointing. I should have been more cautious about buying online.
This company is horrible. Nothing matches the pictures. They advertised as 'wool blend', but the items are polyester, with poor quality and fit. I regret not reading reviews before ordering. I'm trying to get help from customer service for a return, but they’ve stopped responding. It's a scam!
If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought 4 sweaters, and NONE looked like the pictures. Following their return policy was a nightmare; it took 5 attempts to get a response, and that was only after I mentioned reporting them for fraudulent practices. The quality, material, and sizing are terrible, and I'm ashamed I fell for this scam.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would. Their advertisements are completely deceptive. I ordered something because I was drawn in by their ads, but the product was terrible. When I tried to return it, I was informed I'd have to pay for shipping TO ANOTHER COUNTRY, which would cost more than my purchase. Do not buy anything from this company.
Don't believe anything they say about returns or refunds! It's all lies. When I finally received a response and sent back some items, I had to pay for international shipping to another country, which is very expensive. They've been stuck in customs for 3 weeks now without movement. I don't expect to see any refund. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered tops that took a month to arrive, and the quality was terrible—like cardboard. It took over 2 weeks to get a response from the company. I wanted to return them, but I was told I'd have to pay more to ship back to another country—what a joke! They offered a 20% refund for my trouble, but it took over a month to process, and instead, they charged me that amount again. I still haven't received my money. I strongly advise against doing business with them; they are very dishonest.
