Don't believe anything they say about returns or refunds! It's all lies. When I finally received a response and sent back some items, I had to pay for international shipping to another country, which is very expensive. They've been stuck in customs for 3 weeks now without movement. I don't expect to see any refund. Shop elsewhere.
