MISLEADING - The marketing and promises regarding refunds and exchanges are entirely deceptive! You must return or exchange the entire order, and you're responsible for shipping costs to another country (nearly $80). My return was sent on 10/15 and is still "being processed" overseas... I have little hope of receiving anything back! BUYER BEWARE.
