Very disappointed with this rental experience. We booked a specific car, but when it went for service, the company replaced it with an older, lower-value car and has still not returned the original one after a full week.I’ve called multiple times and each time I’m told “we’ll update you,” but nothing ever happens. We are essentially paying for a higher-value vehicle and receiving a worse one, with no clear communication or timeline.This is poor customer service and unfair to customers. I would not recommend unless this issue is resolved properly!
