Full lack of transparency. Not a single word about the cost of exceeding the mileage limit was mentioned in the correspondence. At the time of return, they first said it would be 15 AED per km, then 10, then suddenly 8. The price kept changing on the spot. In the end, they referred to a signed document stating 2–20 AED per km and charged accordingly. Apparently, informing customers clearly in advance is not part of their standards. It honestly feels like they rely on customers not noticing or not questioning it. A complete waste of time and a very unpleasant experience

Very disappointed with this rental…

Very disappointed with this rental experience. We booked a specific car, but when it went for service, the company replaced it with an older, lower-value car and has still not returned the original one after a full week.I’ve called multiple times and each time I’m told “we’ll update you,” but nothing ever happens. We are essentially paying for a higher-value vehicle and receiving a worse one, with no clear communication or timeline.This is poor customer service and unfair to customers. I would not recommend unless this issue is resolved properly!

Different car, unexpected fees

We asked for a specific spec g800 which was on their site. Got a completely different g900. Over all not awfull but not ideal.First said no deposit. Then had to pay a 300 something deposit which would he refunded to my card. Still havent received it after almost 2 weeks. Then they say its a fee and not a deposit. And now they are not responding anymore.Way more expensive than competitors. We cancelled our future reservations. And they acted like we didnt and came with the cars to our adress saying that we screwed them by not communicating. While they are the ones that are not responding anymore.They also tried to sell us a fee that the other people werent allowed to drive the car. Only the person who signed the contract. After saying that it is nonsense they said it is possible for more people to drive.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. I rented the Blue GT63 Saloon and they gave me a GT53 with FAKE badges and a FAKE spoiler. I was expecting the 4L V8 as advertised on their website, but that is not what I received. I received a 3L GT53 instead.When I went to return it, I was met with absolutely clueless, ignorant, incompetent staff who were passing my problem from person to person. I was standing around for around 2 hours before they eventually put me in a Bentley, which is NOT what I paid for and NOT what I wanted, but I had no choice as they were refusing to give my money back and constantly telling me to wait.Not only that, but when it came to handing the car over, I was told the driver would collect the car from me at 11AM. I was sat waiting around until 1PM, and then they told me to drive the car to the dealership or they would CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER DAY!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Stay away.

Stay away.I was explicitly promised a 2025 model G-Class. Instead, I received a G-Class from model year 2020, with visible damage throughout. The condition was catastrophic—one of the rear tires did not even have a proper cover.Just one day later, the vehicle suffered an engine failure, which forced me to return and replace the car. While this replacement initially seemed convenient, I was again given another G-Class from 2020, this time in white, and once again with numerous defects and complications.The vehicles provided did not match what was promised, neither in model year nor in condition. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I booked a G63 2 weeks ago and today at 8am should i get my car but the driver game with a bentley and said the G63 would be ready in 3 hours. This Company is not Trustfull they came with a different car and negotiated with me

Nice staff, bad communication.

The experience was fun and the staff were nice, the car was in okay condition for 130,000km. Altough the interior was quite broken and there were alot of different errors internally, which was a little worrying. The booking and recieving was smooth and very fast, but when I was going to return it the communication was bad and i had to wait for over 3 hours until someone was there to pick it up. The price on the other hand was really good and the accommodation for younger drivers was nice. I don’t know why the other reviews say scam, because I did not have any issues with overcharging or late delivery. Only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the condition of the car and the communication when recieving the vehicle. Don’t get me wrong, the men that picked the car up were really nice and professional!

Hands down the worst car rental…

Hands down the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Nothing about this place is what they claim on their website. The car I got looked nothing like the pictures — old, worn out, and honestly felt unsafe to drive. It rattled the whole way and clearly hasn’t been properly maintained in a long time. The staff were totally clueless. Every time I asked a question, I got a different answer from a different person, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Communication is a total mess, and it felt like they just don’t care once they have your money. This company is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and not worth the risk. If you value your time, money, or safety, go somewhere else. I wish someone had warned me before — so consider this your warning.
