Why does their website offer the strangest of reasons I am "reordering" such as "worn out" or "broken" but not one of the reasons is just plain old "need new supplies." Their wording seems as if they don't speak or know English. They never introduced themselves as having been a company that took over Better Living Now (which I was using before) so I had no idea why this company named Rotech was suddenly texting me telling me I needed supplies. They seem extremely dysfunctional and with nobody noticing mistakes and having a sense of customer service.
