Ordered in Aug 2025.. received it in Nov 2025.. received faulty machine which was replaced thrice.. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORST.. it almost doesnt exist.. no replies... no one is helping to return the machine and get my refund. Later saw many facebook and reddit posts stating the same issue.. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY MENTAL HEALTH AND WILL STILL HAVE NO ROTIS MADE. It is the worst company
