I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rotimatic. The machine has not worked properly since I purchased it. It frequently malfunctions and does not make rotis as advertised. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and reliability.
What has been even more frustrating is the poor customer service. I have made several attempts to contact the company to return the machine and resolve the issue, but I have received no adequate response. Communication has been slow, unhelpful, and in some cases completely absent.
It is very disappointing to invest in a premium appliance and then struggle to get basic support when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company behind it. I hope they improve both the product quality and their customer service processes.

“I have had an absolutely terrible experience with the Rotimatic and with Zimplistic customer support. My machine started having major issues in January 2025—it would make a loud continuous sound while starting up, then shut off and restart in a loop. The issue was on and off, and after basic troubleshooting it worked for a few months, but things got much worse around October.
With the technical team’s help, I tried every troubleshooting step, including software updates, but the machine still would not function. Since the problem was originally reported while my machine was under warranty, they told me I would be issued a replacement unit. That’s where the real frustration began.
They kept passing my case to different teams, gave inconsistent responses, and repeatedly delayed the process. Their excuse was that they “could not ship to India,” even though my original Rotimatic was shipped to my Bangalore address without any issue. After months of follow-ups—nearly four months—they finally asked for complete shipping details again. I provided everything, and after that they simply stopped responding.
As of today, my Rotimatic does not work at all, and the support team has become completely unresponsive despite multiple messages. This has been one of the most pathetic customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. For such an expensive product, the lack of responsibility and support is shocking. I strongly advise others to stay away.”
I ordered the Rotimatic in December and have been waiting for months. The delivery date kept changing — first Feb 12, then Feb 15 — and now they can’t even give me a proper timeline. Customer support is a complete nightmare: every time I reach out, they say someone will contact me within 24–48 hours, but no one ever does.
On top of that, many of my friends who actually received the product say it’s not as good as advertised and has constant issues. Between the endless delays, poor communication, and questionable product quality, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly advise against buying Rotimatic — it’s not worth the hype or the money
Rotimatic next was delivered on 19th Dec and I initially contacted customer service department on December 29, 2025, concerning a malfunction with my new Rotimatic appliance. Waited for responses, explained and sent pictures and videos...the same thing to number of associates.
Following a Zoom consultation on January 21, I received an email requesting details such as the machine's specifics, order number, and confirmation regarding the availability of the original packaging. I was subsequently informed that a replacement machine would be dispatched, and instructions for returning the faulty unit would be provided via a separate email.
Despite these communications, I have yet to receive any further updates, and nearly a month has passed without resolution. My attempts to reach customer service have unfortunately been met with no response, or repeating myself, automated responses which has caused considerable frustration.
The appliance has been in my possession for approximately two months, and due to this persistent fault, I have been unable to utilize it. The lack of responsive customer support, contrary to what was advertised, is concerning and frustrating.
My experience with rotimatic customer care is extremely disappointed. They raised th replacement for my defective machine, it’s been close to 1 month now I am surviving without machine, where they are not replying me to know the ETA when would I get my replacement. I tried to reach the out from phone, wats app, email , application , but no luck. I have spend $2000 including warranty but I am not getting any reply
I would have given zero stars if I could. I was a happy user for several years of rotimatic before it broke down. I ordered rotimatic next with 8-10 weeks delivery timeline. While it felt a lot of wait time, I thought it would be worth it. After 10 weeks the machine did not arrive. I contacted customer support and chat several times and there is no response to multiple messages of mine. It feels almost like a fraud where you pay over £1200 and not even receive a response. Thankfully I had paid with a credit card and would raise it with them to see if I can secure a refund.
My Advanced Rotimatic, order number #68061, which was delivered in October 2025. Unfortunately, the machine has never functioned properly since the day it arrived. Every time I attempt to use it, the unit only produces flat dough and fails to make chapatis. I have tried multiple brands and types of flour, followed all instructions, adjusted settings, and repeated the calibration steps, yet the result remains the same. After months of attempts, the product is still unusable. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions but have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. As a long-term customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I invested in this machine expecting convenience and reliability, but instead I have a non-working appliance and no clear path to help.If anyone knows what to do next, Please let me know how to resolve this matter.
Rotimatic initiated my machine replacement because I had continuous issue with Rotimatic Next, they received my machine but now they are not responding me on my replacement. I tried to chat with them in wats app, rotimatic app but I am not getting any support, rather they are cancelling my ticket saying that it is duplicate ticket. I am externally frustrated with their support. Rotimatic team is not responding my existing tread.
I have tried sending email to brandteam at zimplistic.com but no update from the either. Rotimatic team is not responding through any email address !
This has been one of the most frustrating products I’ve ever bought. From the very beginning, using this machine has felt more like a constant struggle than a convenience. The items do not cook correctly even at the highest settings, and the dough stacking problem occurs nearly every time, making it unreliable for regular use. Even more frustrating is the lack of effective customer support. Every interaction seems scripted, with the same template responses, requests for multiple photos and videos, and claims of “working on it in the background.” Hours, sometimes days, go by without any follow-up. By the time you endure this exhausting back-and-forth, your return window is almost closed, which feels intentional and incredibly unfair to customers. For a product that is advertised as premium and priced accordingly, this level of performance and service is simply unacceptable. Instead of making cooking easier, it adds stress and wasted time. It’s disappointing that a product representing innovation delivers such poor quality control and customer care, ultimately harming trust and reputation rather than enhancing it. It’s truly unfortunate! I deeply regret this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone looking for reliability, transparency, or responsive support.
