Ordered a set of doors for a defender, I’m promised them by a date of Feb 14th, I place the order, card declines I call them they say it’s your bank, I call my bank they say rough country took the money & sent it back. I called back I was told oh no we had your card on file in order to charge you you have to approve, so we approve its withdrawal again, so a day goes by, no order proceeded, another day no order processed. Check the again, money refunded, finally we are in the middle of February, I called once again, to be told pretty much the reason my card is being charged & recharged is because they are waiting for parts to come for the doors. Well finally they charge me and it goes threw (no return) after waiting & waiting & waiting the order is processed I watch the order sit in processing, the package of doors was being delivered to a customer’s home who works out of state, the whole time they are in transit to destination, rough county’s website says “still processing order” customer calls exact on 3rd of march and goes hey I think my doors are sitting in the middle of my drive way on a big pallet.. no email or anything saying hey your orders shipped, your $3000.00 that’s being delivered in the mail, be on the look out, be at home… So long story short, these folks are a hassle and they budget. And whatever you do, DO NOT buy a lift kit from them. I’ve gotta 07 tundra and the front cross member broke, where there welds were. I’ll post pictures if they will allow me . I’ll keep an update on how the doors fit if it’s anything like your caster & camber is with one of there lift kits, it’s not gunna be good at all. Lol
