I had porch pirates who stole my package. Rough Country kindly sent me another one without hesitation. Which I truly appreciate it because I needed the part badly. I do feel bad for the companies like this taking a hit because of dumb people. Just this gesture of replacing what I purchase truly says about a company. Thank you again!! Really appreciate it.
All the products I have purchased are excellent quality and fit as specified. Great customer service and great pricing. My recent purchase of a lift kit ended up missing one piece I called and had it the next day at my house before lunch. Now thats customer service.
Didn't realize i had to un bolt the back seat to put the damn cover on, and taking the front seats head rests and take clips out to put the covers on. Probably wouldn't have spent 250 bucks on these and create extra work for myself.

Site says buy and have a local installer do the work. Go to a company listed on roughcountry.com site to install powered running boards and they said you didn't get that here and we don't like their products so we ain'ts gonna touch it so now I get to figure out who will I know people either love or hate rough country stuff but I wasn't expecting someone they supposedly deal with be like hell nah and turn up their nose. Other than that boards might be great? Or might have to go back.

Multiple times they cover warranty with zero issue. There is a moment today where I had a issue with something and they told me its discontinued and they will just send a new model out to replace. Mind blowing. Jake weishuhn handled it today and was proficient and a adamant professional. I will continue to buy as much as I can to support this business. They have made building my 2 trucks fun.
I genuinely can't determine who is more incompetent—the company itself, the customer support, or the individuals handling shipping. I strongly advise against ordering from this service unless you're prepared for a frustrating experience that may drive you to despair.

I am extremely disappointed; this was a waste of money! I purchased a soft top for my vehicle, and once it was installed, I quickly noticed leaks from all the seams after a light rain. I returned it, but the replacement had the same problem. I will never buy another soft top from this seller; you truly get what you pay for.
