I placed an order for an apron in April 2025, and now it's December 2025 with no sign of delivery. I've been persistent in reaching out to the support team, but all I get are the same generic replies about their handcrafted items. It appears that all orders around the same time are also experiencing delays—shouldn't earlier orders be prioritized? It feels like it would take ages to fulfill all the items listed on their website. Even when they informed me that my original color choice was out of stock and suggested I pick a different fabric for faster shipping, I complied, yet my order is still absent. Regardless of their responses or any positive reviews, I cannot recommend this company. If they can't handle basic order fulfillment, perhaps they shouldn't be operating at all.
