Review Time
I placed an order for an apron in April 2025, and now it's December 2025 with no delivery in sight. I've consistently reached out to the support team, but all I receive are identical, generic responses about their handcrafted items. It seems like all orders placed around the same time are also delayed—shouldn't there be some priority for earlier orders? It feels like it would take years to fulfill all the items listed on their website. Even after they informed me that my original color choice was out of stock and suggested I select a different fabric for quicker shipping, I complied, and yet my order is still missing. Regardless of any responses or positive reviews online, I cannot recommend this company. If they can't manage basic order fulfillment, perhaps they shouldn't be in business at all.
While I can't dispute the quality of their linen, I had to reduce my rating because their website creates the impression that their products are made in the USA, while they are actually imported from another country at a significant markup.
I ordered an apron on September 28 and my credit card was charged at the time of purchase, but I've received no updates regarding when my order will ship! They have had ample time to resolve this issue. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of communication from a business. This order was placed through a shopping app.
I truly appreciate the feel of these towels and the vibrant color. After washing, they come out of the dryer looking soft and ready to use. I utilize the napkins as washcloths, the kitchen towels for various tasks, and the bath towels in my remodeled spa bathroom. Overall, it's a fantastic product for a reasonable price. I deducted a star due to the delay between ordering and receiving the items. While I had plenty of towels, I did start to wonder if they would ever arrive. However, when they did, the quality and beauty made the wait worthwhile.
