Will Rogers
Potential but Lacks Reliability

The company has much to offer its customers, including exclusive versions and access to items that are hard to find elsewhere, along with competitive prices. However, when it comes to the reliability of information on the online platform, there are significant issues: items listed as available may not be, order processing can be slow, and customer support is lacking. Recently, I ordered a shipment of supposedly available items for a friend's birthday, but received a message two weeks later stating, 'We have not forgotten you,' which felt misleading. Not only did the gift not arrive on time, but I also received no notifications about the delay. The records eventually arrived a week later, three weeks after placing the order and two weeks after the birthday. I will not be using this service again for such matters, though I may still consider their exclusive offerings.
