Great communication from company with updates on delivery delays. Item came expertly packaged and shipped from the states to avoid customs and tariff nightmares. Even though music isn’t subject to tariffs it gets caught up in customs and shipping company charges for handling the customs/tariffs ends up doubling the cost of the album itself.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order on November 26th and it only arrived on December 29th (shipping from Germany to Lithuania). However, the order was incorrect, with only 1 out of 3 items being right. The support team is ignoring my emails. I've had a bad experience before, but this is completely unacceptable.

Disappointing Experience with Vinyl Order

The vinyl I ordered arrived with significant split seams on both the top and bottom, and the hype sticker was damaged due to a zine that was crammed into the package. I reached out to the support team immediately on December 8th but have not received any response. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered problems with orders from this service, as previous packaging has also arrived damaged and preorders have taken an excessive amount of time to ship. I genuinely do not recommend purchasing from their website.

Excellent selection and transparent communication.

Offered an impressive variety of products, communicated openly about any delays, and delivered a top-notch item without any issues. I truly valued the additional zine included in the package.

Ordered a record on pre-release expecting it to arrive on or just after release day and very disappointed when it didn’t arrive. Two weeks after release I contacted customer service and was given some ridiculous story about how their deliveries for this album had all gone to the US instead of the UK. Several weeks passed with no news. Each time I sent an email I got some copy and paste or automated response that was completely meaningless. Finally lost my patience last weekend and sent a more strongly worded email and the album turned up three days later but still no response from a human. Really poor communication and customer service.

Potential but Lacks Reliability

The company has much to offer its customers, including exclusive versions and access to items that are hard to find elsewhere, along with competitive prices. However, when it comes to the reliability of information on the online platform, there are significant issues: items listed as available may not be, order processing can be slow, and customer support is lacking. Recently, I ordered a shipment of supposedly available items for a friend's birthday, but received a message two weeks later stating, 'We have not forgotten you,' which felt misleading. Not only did the gift not arrive on time, but I also received no notifications about the delay. The records eventually arrived a week later, three weeks after placing the order and two weeks after the birthday. I will not be using this service again for such matters, though I may still consider their exclusive offerings.

Received the incorrect item in my order

I received the wrong item in my order and escalated the issue right away since I was after a limited vinyl. It takes several days to get a response, and I'm worried it will be sold out by the time the issue is resolved.

A satisfied regular customer

As a frequent customer with the company, I have my reasons. The website is user-friendly, and placing orders is straightforward. With no local record shops, the variety of music offered is crucial, and the company excels in that aspect. Delivery is prompt, communication is reliable, and the shipping fees are reasonable.
