The vendor informed us that the delivery would be 11:00-2:00, however the delivery company arrived at 7am. Fortunately, we have a lock box and the drivers were able to let themselves in and a neighbour supervised. It was less than ideal. The drivers did their best in the circumstances but seemed to have no concept that they were 4 hours outside the allotted time.
