Disappointed.
Was told by the sofa company that the delivery will be made by men wearing white gloves. Instead on arrival, he was eating chocolate with bare hands.
The hallway was narrow so they took the legs off which was helpful. The sofa sides are removable which I mentioned from the start but they went ahead without taking them off. The hallway was tight so they mentioned it would mark the wall but I told them to go ahead thinking it would be a slight skid. Instead it was substantial. I again told them to take the sides off even though they said it won’t make any difference. They did and also told them to tilt the sofa. Obviously it went through no problem. I don’t know why I had to instruct the delivery guys how to maneuver. Now I have to call my decorator to fix our wall.
On leaving, I had to point out that they left their rubbish in our front garden. There was still plastic rubbish after they left and I had to pick it up and bin it myself.

Delivery was 1 hour early which drivers didn't seem to know, so wonder what the communication between them and admin are. Its a shame this company don't offer a recycle of old furniture service as it indicates this might be an option on emails. However, the 2 delivery workers more than made up for these negatives and were excellent. It was clear they were trying their best not to damage my walls/doors getting x2 very heavy and large items to my upstairs room of choice. They delivered them, unpacked them and put them exactly where I asked. Took all the packaging as expected. I couldn't be happier with the items and delivery. These workers worked extremely hard and I hope their salary demonstrates value to them for that. As a customer I am very pleased with their service and would use again. Thank you!

New sofa-bed delivery

The two men who delivered my new sofa-bed were excellent - professional, polite and very quick.They had no problem dropping off at my preferred spot and then carefully taking it through the garden, unpacking and bringing it through the patio doors. They placed it carefully into the space, assembled it and made sure that I understood how to use the mechanism.Top marks, gentlemen!

Very poor and responsive admin.

The delivery guys were excellent thank you. The administration was appalling and unresponsive. The day before delivery I received texts and emails advising of delivery time. Sadly I received two of both with different delivery times!! I noticed this at 4:57 pm. I immediately phoned the office to find it closed for the evening but I left an urgent message. I also sent an email asking for clarification. I received no response to either phone or email message, there clearly is not emergency cover at night. My day has been seriously upset as I felt I had to cover two possible times at opposite ends of the day. Fortunately the item was delivered in the earlier of the two slots ie 7:00am to 10:00 am but I have received no apology for the confusion. Not great company in my opinion.

Excellent delivery team

Gave my preferred day of the week for delivery which worked very well, time slot given the night before and the delivery team text me in the morning with an eta. Lovely polite team who got my lovely sofa through the back garden and up a couple of stairs. Would recommend this company.

Excellent delivery service

Excellent delivery service. They were very accommodating with instructions. Clear communication throughout, and left it neat and tidy as we could not be present. Sent us photos too after all assembled, including the bed unfolded - much appreciated!
