However, their support has deteriorated drastically, with tickets remaining unread for over three weeks at the time of this review. Planning releases and pitches has become nearly impossible, as submissions can be pending for a month or longer, well past the intended release dates, complicating social media planning and outreach to platforms. After more than a decade, I find myself needing to switch providers. While they may have ample staff, it's evident they respond promptly to negative reviews here, unlike to critical tasks on their own.
