Review Time
These guys are usually really nice, and they seem trustworthy, but the thing is is that I've had a release I've been trying to get reviewed for almost a month now. I've tried to follow up with an email, and I get hit with their automated response. Support takes forever, and I'm trying to get this release confirmed because it's my Graduation album so it's time-sensitive. I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to release it on Graduation day as I've already told people it would be.
I'm almost ready just to stop distributing through them because of this, but it's the only actually good free plan out there. The only thing stopping this from becoming a 1 star review is that once you do get a response, they're nice, and they do their jobs well, you just cannot expect it soon.
I really like how quickly the employees find a common language with the client. How they understand the client's problem and try to help in every possible way so that the client remains satisfied. I have been here for less than a year, but I have no complaints. Many thanks to the people who help artists realize their dreams, and I wish you patience and good mood!
Recently, YouTube experienced an issue with releasing new tracks onto its channels. RouteNote, the music distributor for my band Blak Hohl, was incredibly helpful in resubmitting the missing tracks and ensuring I was satisfied with the results. Kyle is due praise for his professional and friendly demeanour, which was refreshing!
this so util like a distribuitors of music, maybe, they later or the company come arrive later, but the final the work in the music and the help for many independient music or labels small for your grow satisfice the expectative.
I've been waiting for two weeks for a response. My ticket remains unresolved, and two releases are still awaiting review and approval. The release dates of January 6 and January 12, 2026, have already passed, yet my songs are still pending. The service continues to decline each day.
I've been using this service for over ten years and have paid a significant amount in royalties, which they earned. However, their support has deteriorated drastically, with tickets remaining unread for over three weeks at the time of this review. Planning releases and pitches has become nearly impossible, as submissions can be pending for a month or longer, well past the intended release dates, complicating social media planning and outreach to platforms. After more than a decade, I find myself needing to switch providers. While they may have ample staff, it's evident they respond promptly to negative reviews here, unlike to critical tasks on their own.
I attempted to upload a single song to the platform and spent hours battling a malfunctioning interface that fails to save even the simplest release details. The service throws up errors about 'Release Time settings are incomplete' for non-existent fields, prevents me from clearing mandatory dates, and offers no way to resolve the hidden metadata issues causing these errors. Switching browsers or changing dates does not help; the form simply becomes unusable. While the platform claims to offer 'free distribution,' it’s pointless if it can’t even save a draft. This isn’t a case of user error — it’s a system that fails at its fundamental purpose. If you care about your time or peace of mind, I recommend looking for alternatives.
outright thieves... 17 million streams for $40, unbelievable. The platform can't be trusted... I find my music mixed in with others who have the same name, and their content appears in my catalogs. They seem like spam accounts; who knows what strange practices they're engaging in over there. I can't believe this... no matter what they claim.
This service exploits artists, rendering their hard work meaningless. After investing time in the studio and building a fan base, when you finally start generating streams, they will remove your song and withhold your royalties. Many artists are facing struggles with this platform, so I strongly advise against engaging with them. The leadership is untrustworthy.
