1 star. One of the worst distribution experiences I’ve had.
My song sat in “review” on RouteNote for an entire month with almost no useful updates. Every time I contacted support, the responses were slow and felt like generic copy-paste messages that didn’t actually solve anything.
After making me wait that long, the release was finally rejected with barely any clear explanation. If a track is going to be rejected, artists shouldn’t have to waste weeks waiting just to find that out.
For a service that claims to support independent artists, this process feels incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Long review times, poor communication, and unclear decisions make it very hard to trust this platform with future releases.
