I have nothing but praise for the customer service i have recieved from Route One.I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and when he opened it, it was faulty. I emailed the customer service team and was put in contact with Meg. From day one she was sp helpful and talked me through my options and made everything so easy. She arranged for the item to be returned and looked at sourcing a replacement. Unfortunately it was then out of stock, and within days she had arranged a refund and the money back in my account. If I could give 10 stars I would! That's how customer service should be! 😊 Thankyou!
