I would like to specially mention Route One Southampton, and in particular Jack and Jerome, i have been coming to the shop many times and they are simply the best, always welcoming and helpful. Nothing is ever too much to ask. The whole team is great but Jerome and Jack are the best. Cant fault it. Congratulations

I have nothing but praise for the customer service i have recieved from Route One.I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and when he opened it, it was faulty. I emailed the customer service team and was put in contact with Meg. From day one she was sp helpful and talked me through my options and made everything so easy. She arranged for the item to be returned and looked at sourcing a replacement. Unfortunately it was then out of stock, and within days she had arranged a refund and the money back in my account. If I could give 10 stars I would! That's how customer service should be! 😊 Thankyou!
Route One were very helpful & thoughtful in resolving my issue of receiving trainers that appeared to have been worn previously & sent out by accident. I think it was a genuine mistake & appreciate the customer service. Thank you.
My experience was AMAZING! I bought a skateboard deck for my son, but I didn’t add the grip tape (yes, I was in trouble 😅). I sent an email, and they replied quickly, helping me add the grip to a new order and sending it the day after my first purchase (for free). This means the deck and the grip tape will arrive in time for my son’s birthday!Thank you so much to all the staff, especially Meg!
I've been a customer of Route One for over 5 years and my experience with the company has been nothing short of great! I usually buy trainers from them, with the occasional beanie or sunglasses. Deliveries have always arrived, and any problems I've had have been compensated.My go-to company for urban culture footwear and clothing. Thanks again for a great service!
This feels like a tricky review for two reasons. The first, I ordered a board for my son and to receive the free grip tape applied to the board. When it arrived, the board was scratched over the design on the under side in multiple directions. Not good. The second reason is the opposite in terms of appreciation and handling of the issue. When the board arrived, I noticed the damage and immediately emailed route one saying what happened and with a picture. Meg from RouteOne emailed back in no time at all. Meg had organised a pick up of the damaged one for the following day and a replacement to be delivered also for the following day. Unfortunately the delivery was with Royal Mail so took two days but out of Meg’s hands. The product wasn’t amazing on initial order but the service I received from Meg was second to none. I will use Route One again I’m sure.
