This feels like a tricky review for two reasons. The first, I ordered a board for my son and to receive the free grip tape applied to the board. When it arrived, the board was scratched over the design on the under side in multiple directions. Not good. The second reason is the opposite in terms of appreciation and handling of the issue. When the board arrived, I noticed the damage and immediately emailed route one saying what happened and with a picture. Meg from RouteOne emailed back in no time at all. Meg had organised a pick up of the damaged one for the following day and a replacement to be delivered also for the following day. Unfortunately the delivery was with Royal Mail so took two days but out of Meg’s hands. The product wasn’t amazing on initial order but the service I received from Meg was second to none. I will use Route One again I’m sure.
