I live in Canada. Orders are in US dollars and this is not a fact prominently disclosed on their website. You find out only after you place the order.I ordered a book according to the delivery time of 1 week. I received one confirmation email but no estimated delivery date. I wrote to Customer Service.I was told it's 2 weeks.I cannot wait that long for personal reasons andI requested full refund.I was told that I have to return the book first, which is not an option for me, due to personal reasons.I cannot believe that a company like Routledge would treat its customers like that. It is unprofessional, and very expensive. I regret ordering from this firm.
