I had a frustrating experience; there was no way to transfer the e-book to an e-reader, which wasn't disclosed on the website. I requested a refund and contacted the support team twice, but received no response! I cannot recommend this service!
The ink was faded and hard to read in parts. The hardcover book is overpriced for its low quality and small size. Pages are thin and fragile, likely to tear easily. The binding looked acceptable when new. They didn’t disclose the book's small size; it was much smaller and of lower quality than expected. I regret spending nearly $160 on such a disappointing product.
I ordered a book that was listed as IN STOCK on April 29. After 77 days and numerous excuses, I still have NO BOOK. Do not consider purchasing anything from this company; it's a scam masquerading as a legitimate business. According to a representative, "Our warehouse suddenly went into administration and stopped shipping orders... we are unable to fulfill any orders at this time."

They obscure these fees under a 'shipping policy' page while claiming 'free global shipping' elsewhere on the site. I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint. I can't recommend this service unless you have plenty of time and money.
