Unfortunately I’ve had a bad overall experience. I’ve received 2 right sides instead of 1 right and 1 left and the process is the opposite of seamless. I escalated and asked to at least return the couch and it would take up to 3 weeks for the pick so that they start the refund process. Every communication/step requires a bit of effort with customer service, pictures, same questions asked and answered, etc. No respect whatsoever for the fact that my place is very small and I have 2 couches (luckily I kept my old one while waiting for a part to arrive and the couch to inflate) and so now I’m looking at 5 weeks to be able to get a new couch from another place. Of course no reasonable compensation even though including the fact that I’m going to be charged interest on my credit card because of their error.
