I got my couch fast and was such an easy experience to set up, it is so comfortable! Also given the new Black Friday sales going on right now, it’s hard to pass up on.Big shoutout to Riley the Lab Scientist for helping me with all my questions and going above and beyond!
I love my Rove Lab Marshbello couch ! It’s so comfy and the fabric is gorgeous in the krypton green color. I had a zipper problem with the middle piece, Rove Lab customer service stepped up and remediated the issue straight away. We are finally lounging as a family in our living space now that we have a comfy couch to hang out on.
Not only do they make a great couch, but their customer service is excellent. Price fell by a $100 a few weeks after I purchased and they were happy to refund the difference. So far it’s been a month and the m1 couch is holding up well.
I kept seeing the ads on Instagram and then went down the rabbit hole of finding everything out about the M1 module sectional sofa. I’ve never owned a sofa before. Mainly because of my buildings hall way and the hall way in my unit. A regular wood base sofa would never fit. I like the concept of sofa in a box. And was tempted to get something cheaper on Temu. But decided to go with Rove Lab for the lifetime warranty. They also have lots of color options and I went with the Beryllium Blush on the site it looks a little darker blush but in person it’s super light very much more like a neutral pale pink. I’mObsessed with it actually. At first I had sat on the ottoman and sank but its firmed up since yesterday. Mine came with zippers on the back as well as the bottom that you see. They need to update their website to reflect that. As I assumed it was only going to zip up on the bottom. I personally think having zippers on the back to connect them together is way smarter and possibly it’s so you don’t have to have it leaning against a wall? That would be my guess.So far I have zero issues and mine has no flaws and is expanding perfectly. It’s a huge purchase and a lot of money to drop for something you can’t feel or see in person. But I’m pretty happy so far.
