Numerous cleanliness and care issues arose during my stay. Upon returning home, I discovered that my dogs had diarrhea, likely due to improper feeding. They were not taken outside promptly, leading to messes in the guest bedroom of the finished basement, which were not cleaned. I also found solid feces in various parts of the home and multiple areas where the dogs had urinated, with no communication about these issues. Consequently, I had to arrange for professional cleaning of the rugs. Additionally, the camera in the outside basement area was turned off. The sitter initially did not respond to my request to turn it back on, only doing so after I asked a second time. The backyard was left uncleaned and was littered with dog waste, which was not disposed of in the garage trash can as instructed. Feeding instructions were ignored. Treats were meant to be given once a day per dog, but the entire 48-ounce bag was gone when I returned. One dog missed his daily probiotic, and the sensitive dog food intended for two dogs appeared unused, while most of the dry food for the third dog was consumed. Upon my return, the sitter was absent but arrived shortly after. One dog had been left on the bed alone, unable to get down by himself, and remained there until the sitter returned. The kitchen was also left in a messy state.
