We recently purchased a clearance item, an outdoor three seater sofa. Before making the purchase we were assured that the item was in excellent condition with only minor cosmetic damage which is why it was still valued at £1400. On delivery it was immediately clear that there was considerable structural damage to one of the sofa legs. Numerous deep splits and fractures that penetrated all the way round and through one leg. Without replacing or bracing the leg by a professional the sofa isn't fit for purpose let alone worth anything close to the asking price. This was our first experience shopping with Rosen and Wren and although we really love the brand aesthetic, we've been left feeling very disappointed and misled.
