We recently purchased a clearance item, an outdoor three seater sofa. Before making the purchase we were assured that the item was in excellent condition with only minor cosmetic damage which is why it was still valued at £1400. On delivery it was immediately clear that there was considerable structural damage to one of the sofa legs. Numerous deep splits and fractures that penetrated all the way round and through one leg. Without replacing or bracing the leg by a professional the sofa isn't fit for purpose let alone worth anything close to the asking price. This was our first experience shopping with Rosen and Wren and although we really love the brand aesthetic, we've been left feeling very disappointed and misled.

Still waiting for my delivery. For a company which has such beautiful things, it’s a shame they picked Evri as their standard delivery company. Waiting over a week now for my parcel due to the incompetence of Evri. Sadly won’t be ordering again if they are the standard delivery option.
What a fantastic company! Excellent customer service & the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on; I am in love! Beautiful colour, great design & high quality velvet fabric. Extremely slow to process refunds: I've been waiting two weeks and counting since returning an item. I contacted customer services last week and they promised the refund 'very soon'... it's a week later and still no refund. Doesn't feel like a trustworthy company - and to add insult to injury, they charge you an expensive return fee to cover their postage! Won't be using again.
I have been looking for a mid blue lampshade in a mid blue colour for quite a while and happened to come across Rowen and Wren. The Bonnie blue cotton lampshade is lovely. Well made and edged in a stripe fabric which adds a slightly quirky edge. It fits my lamp base perfectly and the colour is exactly what I wanted! Love it and I am just about to order a second one. Easy ordering, quick and efficient delivery and packaging very good.
