Just like another poster here I ordered the climbing Santa and experienced the same disappointment. It was nowhere near what the website showed and also looked like it had already been returned. I wondered the same thing with the usb connection and how you were supposed to use it outdoors. I contacted them and THEY offered me a $25 refund. This was not as much as I wanted but I would have been responsible for shipping it back. I checked my credit card and they only refunded $14. Subsequent emails questioning why have gone unanswered. Total scam. They let me keep the product but it went right in the trash because it was so bad.
