I placed an order for Christmas and they took my money, but I still haven't received the item. Now, they are sending me messages asking for payment on something I haven't received, and there is no tracking information available. Additionally, there is no way to contact them for answers or to get my money back for what I paid. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
I was scammed. I ordered one bird, and immediately after payment, they withdrew $60 from my account. They’ve been giving me the runaround ever since. The product was shipped with a fake return address, and they refuse to provide the correct return address for me to send back their scam.
If there was a way to rate this lower, I would definitely do so. I bought a cat toy that does not work as promised, and despite following the instructions for defective items, I can't get a response from the seller. Stay away from this seller!
The item I received was not as advertised. I was led to believe it would fit my door and be an actual Christmas decoration. Instead, I was left very disappointed. I will never order from this company again and will warn others like me to avoid them. I also plan to share my experience online.
If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely use one. I ordered a device designed to remove snow and ice from my vehicle, but instead, I received a flimsy plastic item with a blinking red light that broke within a week. I reached out three times to express my dissatisfaction, but received no replies. I would have had better luck contacting an agency in space. This was based on an ad I saw on social media. To save yourself time and money, avoid any company advertising on platforms like that. Do your research first to prevent disappointment. I should have heeded my own advice. They can expect coal in their stocking this holiday season and a complaint lodged with the relevant authorities.
Avoid purchasing from this company. They simply have a vendor overseas ship the product to you while they pocket a large profit. Expect to wait a month for delivery. You might as well order directly from the vendor at a much lower price for the same item. I bought earphones that were of poor quality and did not match the advertisement I saw online. I should have known better.
