I placed an order for Christmas and they took my money, but I still haven't received the item. Now, they are sending me messages asking for payment on something I haven't received, and there is no tracking information available. Additionally, there is no way to contact them for answers or to get my money back for what I paid. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
