We faced terrible support from this company, and I would warn anyone thinking of using them. The quote for transferring our son’s body from Spain to the UK was significantly higher than others, but we expected a quality service. Unfortunately, the staff member we dealt with showed little interest in our distressing situation. Even with all the necessary paperwork completed, they delayed transportation until Thursday night, leading to a total of five days before our son was brought home. Promises of a direct flight with minimal disruption were not fulfilled, and additional charges were required for weekend work. The lack of empathy and initiative was disheartening, and we often had to follow up for updates. Overall, this experience made an already tragic situation even more unbearable.
