I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and distress regarding the handling of my late husband and son’s repatriation after their deaths abroad. The service was chaotic and lacked empathy and respect during a time when it was most needed. Despite assurances of their reputation, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff could not confirm the location of my loved ones at crucial moments, and they were referred to inappropriately as mere 'collection and delivery.' Misinformation was rampant, leaving me and my funeral directors in the dark. The entire ordeal has been emotionally devastating and unacceptable. I urge others to reconsider using this service.
