Booked online flu jab in the morning for my wife and I later in the afternoon. We were informed on arrival that they had run out of vaccine weeks ago and that Head Office had not stopped the website from accepting new appointments despite numerous requests. Apparently, we were the third lot of people to be messed about on just the one day. We had a 1 hour round trip plus parking charges. Do not trust this pharmacy group as head office are failing their customers and store staff.
