I purchased a beautiful necklace that looked amazing, but a few pieces were chipped, which was disappointing given the high price. However, their customer service was excellent and sent me a new necklace at no cost. Unfortunately, that one also had a chip, but they refunded me! I am grateful for the refund and plan to buy more pieces soon, knowing they will help if issues arise.
