Received a poor-quality necklace

I received a low-quality necklace that cost me over $100 along with a high shipping fee. After returning it, I was charged a hefty 'handling' fee as well. If you enjoy subpar jewelry and overpricing, this might be the right place for you.

Terrible customer service experience

I had the worst customer service experience. My daughter gifted me a charm bracelet, but the charm kept falling off, and the clasp would not stay closed. The store offered no assistance and wanted to charge me $25 for each repair. I will not be returning as a customer.

Received the wrong necklace

I ordered a long puffy heart necklace but received a small one instead, even though I was charged for the longer version. The quality was very poor, so I decided to return it. They mentioned reviewing my return request but have not followed up in over a week. I have filed two complaints with no response. I suspect this company is a scam and would not recommend ordering from them.

Waiting too long for my order

I have been waiting since 4/7 for the items I ordered online. I cannot get a response, and the customer service phone line is unhelpful! I finally received one of the three items and want to cancel the other two. Despite multiple calls and messages, there has been no response. How do they remain in business with such a lack of customer support?

Necklace does not match the description

I received a puffy heart necklace as a gift, which looked lovely in the photos, but it turned out to be much shorter than expected. The extenders I ordered did not match well, and the clasp was inadequate. When I reached out to customer service about extending the chain, they simply said it wasn't possible and did not offer any alternatives. I won't be buying from them again and am unsure what to do with this necklace.

Very disappointed with quality

I received a bracelet as a gift, but the elastic began fraying quickly. The responses from customer service were very slow, and I was informed that I would need to send it to another country for repair at my own cost, despite it being faulty. I will not be buying from them again.
