Stay away from this service! We hired them to repair a crack in our basin. While the crack was filled, the surrounding area was left uneven and poorly finished. When we followed up, they refused to take any responsibility. We were charged £250 for very poor workmanship. They mentioned the repair might not last, but we didn't expect it to start failing the very next day. Defects were clearly visible within 24 hours. We’ve since realized this isn’t the recommended service everyone talks about. I had further work scheduled with them, which I have now cancelled. I wish I had read the other similar reviews beforehand. Save your money and reach out to a reputable service. These guys are not the real deal. Very disappointed.
