Avoid this service! We hired them to fix a crack in our basin. While the crack was filled, the surrounding area was left uneven and poorly finished. When we reached out for a follow-up, they denied any responsibility. We were charged £250 for subpar workmanship. They warned that the repair might not last, but we didn't expect it to begin failing the very next day. Defects were clearly visible within 24 hours. We’ve since learned that this isn't the recommended service. I had additional work scheduled with them, which I have now cancelled. I regret not reading similar reviews beforehand. Save your money and seek out a reputable service. This one is not the real deal. Very disappointed.

Caution advised. I tried to get a "magician" to do some work, but this service pretends to be that company advertising under that name. I paid £250 to cover very fine cracks in a ceramic kitchen sink. When I received the invoice, it was from a different name, not from the service they claimed to be. When you call their number, they answer as a different business. A few weeks after the work, the paint started peeling off. They refused to attend and redo their work, claiming they only provide 30 days of warranty on any job. I’ve tried calling them, and they hang up on me every time. This company claims to be accredited, but they are not. This is a fraudulent service, and no one should use them.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I had a bathroom tile repaired that lasted just about 11 months. The area has peeled. The response from the representative was rude and dismissive. I avoid chemicals due to allergies. AVOID this service at all costs. They suggested that cleaning products might have damaged the coating and expected me to pay again for repairs. Not helpful!

We had a similar experience to the previous review. First off, they pretend to be a reputable service via a misleading website. Booking was easy, and they were eager to accept cash for a discount. They seemed to do a decent job initially. However, the filling and painting of the kitchen unit failed within a month. The representative asked for photos, claimed it was damage and not a defect, and then ceased communication. This was very frustrating. Between the fake website and cash dealings, we felt like we were dealing with untrustworthy individuals. We recommend using the genuine service instead.
This service is a scam. We had a contractor come to fix a broken sink, and they did a terrible job. When we reached out, the representative asked for evidence via email (which we had already sent). After our call, he seemed to block us. The same happened with the contractor. It’s shocking that they created a website but are genuinely incompetent at their job. This is not just a matter of preference; we had to hire a different contractor to fix their mistakes.
