My checked bags were missing for 7 days during a 10-day trip. I had to repeatedly contact them for updates due to the lack of a proper tracking system compared to other airlines. We experienced a 2-hour delay after boarding without any explanations for the first 1.5 hours. The flight attendants were incredibly rude; when we inquired about the delays and their impact on connections, we were bluntly told it was not their concern. Seriously, whose concern is it? They even attempted to check my carry-on after delaying our bags, which I firmly refused. If you're considering a transatlantic flight with this airline, think again. Spending a little more elsewhere is worth it to avoid the hassle. Ignoring this advice will likely lead to regret. They frequently oversell their flights, but unlike many airlines, they offer little to no compensation. Please reconsider your options. My family and I certainly will. If I could rate them lower, I would. Terrible experience.
