Purchased a business class upgrade ($2400) for my wife and myself at one of their offices. The agent inadvertently changed the flight date, so when I went to the airport I was told my flight was for the 15th, not the 5th. At the airport, they put me back on the 5th but economy. They would not refund my $2400, said I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. When I did that they lied and deceived the credit card company, saying we changed the date. They are crooks.

If there were 0 starts I would give 0 stars. On my way to my destination they lost the 2 luggages that I checked in. One of them was found 6 days after, the other went missing forever. I kept calling the customer service, which wasn't helpful at all. Now that it's been over 21 days of the luggage missing, I followed all of the instructions on their website to get a refund of what was in the luggage and what I had to buy during my travel, but again it's taking so long for the refund (it's been over 30 days now) and the customer service just says 'they will reply to you as soon as possible'.
When I did the file at the airport for lost luggage there was a queue of 30 people who also lost their luggage, so big chances that the luggage will go missing if you check it in.
If you do fly with them, do not check in any luggage. The flight itself is okay, although some food options were over by the 1st half of the plane, so whoever sits at the back will eat what is left. The staff isn't friendly at all, so it is just an unpleasant flight but okay for the price that I paid.
This has been the worst experience I've had with an airline! My flight was canceled without any notice on November 19th, leading to significant expenses and a two-day delay in getting home. I'm still struggling with the customer support team, who keep finding reasons not to reimburse me. I submitted receipts and invoices for hotels, and even though I could have claimed for meals under the Montreal Convention, I didn't pursue that. They requested a stamped invoice without clarifying from whom it should be. I created one myself for the owed amount, using a watermark in PDF since stamps aren't common in my country, but they dismissed it as fake. As a frequent traveler who flies over 100,000 miles a year and holds a top-tier status with a partner airline, I'm very familiar with the travel process.
This airline has been the worst I have ever experienced. I requested a date change or a refund due to unexpected circumstances, and they outright refused. Their level of professionalism, customer service, and courtesy is beyond comprehension. I strongly advise avoiding this airline. They truly deserve a rating of ZERO.
The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive. I needed to take my medication and asked three different people for water multiple times. It took about 40 minutes to finally receive a glass of water, despite having to ask two of them twice.

2. Urgent confirmation that my luggage is lost, and
3. Prompt processing of compensation in accordance with relevant aviation regulations. If I do not receive a clear update or resolution within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through formal complaints and regulatory channels. My checked bags were missing for 7 days during a 10-day trip. I had to repeatedly contact them for updates due to the lack of a proper tracking system compared to other airlines. We experienced a 2-hour delay after boarding without any explanations for the first 1.5 hours. The flight attendants were incredibly rude; when we inquired about the delays and their impact on connections, we were bluntly told it was not their concern. Seriously, whose concern is it? They even attempted to check my carry-on after delaying our bags, which I firmly refused. If you're considering a transatlantic flight with this airline, think again. Spending a little more elsewhere is worth it to avoid the hassle. Ignoring this advice will likely lead to regret. They frequently oversell their flights, but unlike many airlines, they offer little to no compensation. Please reconsider your options. My family and I certainly will. If I could rate them lower, I would. Terrible experience.
If I could give it no stars, I would. It’s better to avoid flying altogether than to choose this airline. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline. The staff are unfriendly, the aircraft are old, and it's a gamble whether your luggage will arrive. My suitcase has still not arrived after 5 days. I have essential medication in that suitcase, and the airline has been unhelpful and unresponsive.
My experience with the airline was utterly UNACCEPTABLE. At the departure city, I was denied boarding without any valid explanation while the gate remained open. The flight was OVERBOOKED, and there was no prior communication regarding this issue.
Consequently, I had to endure a 12-hour OVERNIGHT wait at the airport without food, water, or any accommodation. FAMILIES with CHILDREN were subjected to the same dreadful conditions. To add insult to injury, the airline charged me ADDITIONAL FEES to board the next flight.
When I finally managed to board, my LUGGAGE did not arrive at the destination. The entire experience was characterized by INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONALISM, and discriminatory behavior.
The airline showed a complete lack of respect for basic customer care and human decency. I would strongly recommend avoiding this airline at all costs. STAY AWAY!!!
